The Room and You: Areia's room is very simple. Just her bed, her computer, some books, and a PILE OF CLOTHES. OH GOD. She loves her room nonetheless. Her pokemon don't appreciate her pile of clothes though.
The Starter: Areia, being from Mossdeep City, always wanted a physic pokemon of her own. So, as a child of six she spent day after day stalking an abra. Constantly sneaking up on it an trying to catch it before it teleported away. Finally, one day, she managed to leap onto it from a rock, subduing it long enough to catch it.
The First Battle: Areia's first battle was anticlimactic. The only move that abra knew was teleport, so it immediately teleported out of a battle with magikarp.
The First Catch: Areia technically did not catch her charmander, her father did on a business trip to Kanto, but it was her first "catch." By the way, her dad works for the space center in Mossdeep City, explaining the outfit. P:
